Peer Supporters will hear you out, whatever the challenge - be it related to family, friends, partners, academic stress, or any other personal dilemma. They will help you reflect and, as the case may be, guide you to additional support channels.

See below for a list of current Peer Supporters.

GCR Welfare Team

Welfare VPs, the LGBTQ+ and BME Officers are there for you; to listen, provide guidance and also implement your suggestions.

At BOPs - when there is no global pandemic - you'll find them sporting pink welfare vests.

Junior Deans can listen, provide you with advice and guidance, and relay your concerns or issues to the College administration if you wish. Contact them at junior.deans@sant.ox.ac.uk

Welfare Dean

Professor Chris Gerry, is responsible for all the non-academic affairs of students within the College and is the lead point of contact for welfare issues involving students. The Dean manages the Junior Deans, and works closely with them and other members of the College's welfare team to coordinate the College's pastoral care provision and oversee the College's work to support students.
